Playin’ Kickball School Girl Skirt

Grey knee-length school girl style skirt with black and soft blue stripe detailing from Express Design Studio. Skirt sits high on the waist, as shown in the second picture. The high waisted portion is smooth, making it very flattering under tight-fitting tops or when worn with a skirt tucked in with a wide belt. It flares out into wide pleats and falls above the knee. It’s a size 12 but could be worn by a large 14 or small 16.

This colorful Forever XXI frock is lovely as a bathing suit cover up or sexy as a fall nighttime dress with navy tights and orange shoes. The colors are truly unique and work well on most complexions. It has a deep V, ruched elastic empire waist and A-line above the knee skirt. The sleeves feature tie details that can be worn noted in a bow or can be left untied and worn off the shoulder. Fits a US size 12-16.
